Hi, my problem is that because of my company I'm not allowed to install the smart app from the Microsoft Store.
So I can not install my new printer. Is there a possibility to make it another way?
I am absolute beginner.....so if anybody really can help, then please write step by step for dummies.....

first thank'S for your help. Yes you are right "problem with setting up this HP ENVY 6432e printer.
On the link you posted there was just the part for "Scanner" not for printer.
But the way seems to work - so please can you post the link with the "full version" - then we try it again and answer you.

Hi, we tried with our IT several times.....but it does not work. I send you all infos that I have and screenshots etc. may you have an idea how to solve the problem....
Printer is connected with W-Lan. Computer is connectet with the same W Lan.
When we go on with the HP installations software then we come until this point - see below...
I made screen shot (see also on the top left....there only stand "HP Scan" .....
We tried with the right IP adress and also with HOST Name....but no success.
I can send the full reports with personal mail if necessary?

This might require one on one interaction to fix the issue.
I request you to talk to HP support.
They might have multiple options to help you with this.
- Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
- Select the country.
- Enter the serial of your device.
- Select the country from the drop-down.
- Click on "Show Options".
- Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
