Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Hello, the problem is with the printer, explorer.exe is restarting.

The printer is connected to a PC (Windows 10 21h2 64-bit is in a domain) via USB and is configured to be shared, printing works fine from this PC.

And from a PC (Windows 7 32-bit is in a domain), the printer does not print, explorer.exe restarts.

This is the 3rd time this issue has occurred.

1) Windows 10 20h1 64-bit bundle and USB printer (shared configured), did not print from Windows 10 64-bit 20h1 devices. Update of all devices to Windows 10 21h2 64-bit helped

2) Windows 10 20h1 64-bit bundle and USB printer (shared configured), not printed from Windows 7 32-bit device. I deleted the drivers and reinstalled them, reinstalled the operating system on Windows 10 21h2 64-bit both devices, reconnected the printer from USB to LAN, and it all did not help.

3) Windows 10 20h1 64-bit bundle and USB printer (shared configured), not printed from Windows 7 32-bit device. I updated the system to Windows 10 21h2 64-bit on the PC to which the printer is connected, when this did not help, I decided to write here.

Again, I tried:

1) Removed all drivers and reinstalled them (did not help);

2) Reinstalled Windows 7 32-bit to Windows 10 21h2 64-bit (didn't help);

3) Reconfigured the printer connection from USB to LAN (did not help).
