Estoy tratando de conectar mi nueva serie HP Smart Tank Printer 520 a mi PC a través del puerto USB y no se conecta. Ya he revisado todos los puertos del PC y funcionan con los demás dispositivos pero no con la Smart Tank

Hi @MariaPV , Hola,

You may need to install Full software drivers.

 

1. Prueba a instalar los siguientes 3 controladores Windows para la impresora:

1. Please install the next drivers for your printer on Windows computer:

 

2. Restart your Windows computer. 

  • Reiniciar la computadora Windows.

3. Check again your printer is installed and connected. 

  • Revisa que la impresora está instalada y conectada.

 

Additional steps for installing printer using USB cable:

* Click YES   to say thank you, 

* Click Accepted as Solution when question is answered.
