Boa tarde,

Tenho uma série HP Envy 110.

Sempre funcionou corretamente.

Mas agora ela não está digitalizando.

E a opção "visualizar digitalização" onde aparece a prévia do documento a ser digitalizado, está totalmente preta.Imagem preta.png

Good morning, Akhi_H.

I have an HP Envy 110 series.

It has always worked properly.

But now it is not scanning.

And the "scan preview" option where the preview of the document to be scanned appears is completely black.

As shown in the photo below.Imagem preta.png

Hi @Lucas118,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding scanning issues on the HP Envy 110 series!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

1. Restart the Printer and Computer

Sometimes a simple restart can resolve scanning issues:

  1. Turn off and unplug your printer.
  2. Restart your computer.
  3. Plug the printer back in and turn it on.

2. Check the Scanner Glass

Make sure the scanner glass is clean:

  • Use a lint-free cloth and glass cleaner. Spray the cleaner onto the cloth, not directly onto the glass, and wipe any dust or fingerprints away.

3. Update the Printer Software

Ensure that both the printer’s driver and software are up to date:

  • Visit the HP Support website to download and install the latest drivers for the HP Envy 110 series.

4. Run HP Print and Scan Doctor

Use HP’s diagnostic utility to troubleshoot and fix scanning problems:

  • Download HP Print and Scan Doctor from the HP website.
  • Install and run the tool, then follow the on-screen instructions to identify and resolve scanning issues.

5. Check Scan Settings

Verify that your scanning settings are correct:

  • Open the scanning software on your computer.
  • Ensure the image type (e.g., color, grayscale) and resolution settings are appropriate for your document.

6. Test with Another Application

Try scanning with a different application to determine if the problem is software-related:

  • Use a built-in application like Windows Fax and Scan or a third-party scanning software to see if the issue persists.

7. Perform a Hard Reset

Resetting the printer can resolve minor issues:

  1. With the printer on, unplug the power cord from the back of the printer.
  2. Wait 60 seconds.
  3. Reconnect the power cord and turn on the printer.

I hope this helps.
