Product: HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-in-One Printer

 

Bonjour,
Suite à une manipulation sur Windows 10 mon imprimante HP Officejet Pro 8610 ne fonctionne plus aucun point de restauration malheureusement, j'ai essayé de la désinstaller pour la réinstaller le Windows me dis "au niveau paramètre et sur le volet imprimante et scanner" au moment de sélectionner l'imprimante pour la suppression, échec de la suppression. J'ai essayé de relancer le spouler de l'impression ca ne règle pas le problème impossible de la désinstaller , j'ai essayé d'installer le pilote de l'imprimante un code d'erreur d'installation : Erreur 1722 , l' ajout de la surveillance de port a échoué- HP Discovery port monitor (HP Officejet Pro 8610).
Merci de m'apporter l'aide.
