Bonjour,

Pour répondre à une question identique concernant la validation de la cartouche qui ne se fait pas, j'aimerais préciser qu'au bout de 30 minutes de recherches  et de coup de gueule, j'ai ré initialisé les paramètres d'usine de mon imprimante et tout a fonctionné très bien. Allez dans l'app HPSmart et dans Service. Vous trouverez une notification vous permettant de tout remettre à 0.
