Salve

Cosa posso fare?

grazie

Hello

I have an HP Officejet 4620 and it's been a few months now that black ink printing hasn't been going well. I have tried to replace the cartridge several times but the problem persists.
I have cleaned the head both level 1 and level 2 but the problem remains.
With color cartridges it works well with black no.
Even in the summary printout the colors are clearly visible, black is instead dashed or interrupted by white lines from right to left.
What can I do?
thanks
