Hi, I’m trying to install my old printer on my “new” pc. The printer was working perfectly on my old pc (i7 3930k) and now with my new pc (i7 5820k) and a new copy of windows i can’t use it because of drivers that won’t install.
during the installation proccess it stay too much on “connect the product” and when it reach 99% of the process it fails.
I hope someone can help me, thanks

Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand that you are unable to install the printer driver, I am glad to assist you.
Follow these steps to fix the issue:-
Perform root level uninstallation to remove all the printer related software's.
- In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.

- In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”
- Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
- Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
- Click on Drivers tab.
- Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click Remove at the bottom.
