HP Recommended

I'm having trouble to send PJL Commands to my printer. I have two Laser MFP 432fdn printers, one printer in 4.00.01.20 firmware version that can receive with no problems the commands. The another printer in 4.00.01.27 firmware version don't respond the commands. How can i enable the commands?
