HP has no sense of irony. Something called the "HP Product Improvement Study" is preventing me from reinstalling drivers for my HP LaserJet Pro MFP M281cdw on a Windows 11 PC.
Others on the forum have said look for the "accept conditions page" and look for "to learn more or change user settings, click here. Click here and unselect both boxes, go back to accept conditions page and continue." I have not found those settings.
I've wasted a day's work with this issue. I'm shocked that you can no longer simply download a printer driver and install it.
I'm done buying HP. DONE.
