I have a HP office Pro 8600 which gives me an error "built in network capabilities have been disabled. Contact your network administrator or the person who set up the printer.” 

How to resolve this issue?

Can you please forward the information to reset the printer?

I understand that you want to reset the printer, I am glad to assist you.

You might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer to fix this issue.

The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
