Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

Trying to add printer to my account/register it and when I enter the product number and serial number, copied and pasted straight from the HP smart app, it says it cannot recognize the product number (6GX01A)

Not sure how to fix this.

Please help us with the Printer serial number or the product number on a private message for further assistance.
