HP OfficeJet Pro 9120e All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Since a few weeks I get the message trying to register my printer:

Registration is currently offline, the site is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.

It is olso not possible for me to contact the support on the support page neither via phone nor via chat. When I put in my data and click the button "send" nothing happens.

Im am using the German support page.

Does anybody has an Idea?

Hi @WaDav

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

It sounds frustrating to deal with registration and support access issues, but you're handling it with patience! Since you've been seeing the "Registration is currently offline" message for weeks, here are a few things to try:

Check HP’s Official German Support Page
You can visit HP’s support site for your OfficeJet Pro 9120e to see if there are any updates regarding registration availability.

Try a Different Browser or Device
Sometimes, website issues can be browser-related. Try accessing the registration page using a different browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) or another device.

Clear Cache & Cookies
If the page isn’t responding when you click "Send," clearing your browser’s cache and cookies might help.

You're doing everything right by checking multiple factors—hopefully, one of these steps helps! Let me know if you need further guidance. 🚀

Take care, and have an amazing day!

Hi @Hawks_Eye

Can you confirm whether or not the webpage is working when you access it? (Assuming that you are a human agent and not an AI responder). Here is the link: register.hp.com

I believe that the issue is at HP's end. I am experiencing the same issue, and I have experienced it on multiple devices.

Hi @Technology_User, I've also been trying your postet link for a few weeks from different devices and with different browsers and I always get the message "Registration is currently offline, the site is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later."

Is there no one from HP Support reading along here who could give an answer?

@WaDav @Technology_User,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Please use this: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/bpr01503 to register your product.

Though the above link I'm sharing specifies only printers, the link within the article can be used to register all HP products
