Trying to register my new Smart Tank Plus 651 printer through the web page I fill everything out including completing the Captcha but when I press the "Send" button nothing happens. Have tried this from both my Windows 11 system browser and from my iPad browser. On Windows I have tried both Firefox and Brave browsers.
How am I supposed to register my new printer?

The link provided by @teddybbear is the same one the original poster is using. I am having the same issue. After searching the product number and selecting the correct product, the website takes you to a page where you input serial number date of purchase and contact information. The "SEND" button at the bottom does not work. Please fix!!
