I have an HP Officejet Pro 8600. Upon startup each day, I am receiving the following error code:
There was a problem starting C:\Program Files\HP\HP Officejet Pro 8600\bin\HPStatusBL.dll
The specified module could not be found
How can I resolve this? Thanks.

Hi,
From File Exploer type %appdata%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup into the address bar and press Enter.
Delete the Monitor Ink Alerts shortcut of the printer and the error should no longer appear.

Shlomi

Thanks ShlomiL,
this was the first dedicated recommendation to solve this issue in one go. It worked for the LaserJet Pro 8500 A910 as well on TWO laptops (thereof one setup in German, with slight adaptations).
It was bothering us for years!
Thanks again,
DoLo2

I have the HPStatusBL.dll problem. The suggested method of deleting the Monitor Ink Alert at the Programs/StartUp stage cannot work because that folder is empty.
Any other suggestions to get rid of the problem?
