I had trouble with prints coming out with striped colours. Unable to rectify this by system tools within the printer I resorted to uninstall/reinstall. But this has failed miserably. I had to use HP Smart, which for a 75-year old was not a good idea [whatever happened to installation disks!]. It 'seemed' to have worked, but now the printer wont respond to print commands from my PC and now it says' Cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP Instant Ink'. But according to my PC it IS enrolled. How do I get out of this impasse, as I have lots of printing to do. Many thanks for any help given.
