Hi @BC9821,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Check Printer Connection:

  • Ensure that your printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your mobile devices.
  • Verify the network settings from the printer’s control panel.

Restart Devices and Printer:

  • Turn off your mobile devices, computer, and printer, then turn them back on.
  • This can sometimes resolve connectivity issues.

Update Printer Firmware:

  • Ensure your printer's firmware is up to date. You can download firmware updates from the HP Support website.

Reinstall Mobile Print App:

  • If you are using the HP Smart app or another mobile printing app, uninstall and then reinstall the app on your mobile devices.

Reconfigure Mobile Devices:

  • Try removing and re-adding the printer on your mobile devices:
    • On your mobile device, go to the HP Smart app.
    • Delete the printer.
    • Search for and add the printer again.

Check Wi-Fi Connection:

  • Make sure your Wi-Fi signal is strong and stable.
  • If needed, restart your router by unplugging it, waiting for 60 seconds, and plugging it back in.

Check Printer Status on Mobile Devices:

  • Open the HP Smart app and check the printer status. Make sure it’s online and ready.
  • If it shows offline, follow the steps to bring it online from the app.

Print Network Configuration Page:

  • Print a Network Configuration Page from the printer’s control panel to check the connectivity details.
  • Verify the IP address and network settings on the printer.

I hope this helps.
