Hi. All of a sudden I am having issues with my quick forms (calendars) printing out correctly. The software and firmware are up to date. I've reset to factory settings. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the printer on my laptop. I've turned the webservices printables off, turned my printer off, unplugged from the wall and then the opposite. Nothing seems to fix it. Any help would be appreciated.

I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.

 

To assist you better, what happens when you try printing?

Do you get any errors?

 

Restart web services on the printer.

Click here to know how to turn off web services. Refer to this document to know how to turn it on.

 

If the issue persists, we will have to perform a semi-full reset.

hi. It prints normally. I have already turned off the web services, restarted printer and then turned web services back on. How do I perform a semi reset? I have also reset to factory settings.

If it prints normally, what is the issue?

We do not have to perform a reset in this case.

The quick forms, I’m trying to print a Blank monthly calendar, when I access the quick forms function from the touch screen of the printer don’t print in the correct format. The format they used to print in. Is there any way attach a video or photo?

Yes, you can attach a photo to your next post. Click on the camera icon or the video recorder icon above the comment box to do the same.

 

Once we perform a semi-full reset, all the data on the printer will be erased and you will have to reconnect it to the network.
