Bonjour, après avoir résilié mon abt Instant Lnk 'qui se terminera donc début juin), j'ai enlevé les cartouches reçues par celles livrées avec l'imprimante.
Depuis impossible d'imprimer, impossible même après reset (*) d'installer l'imprimante, d'accéder à l'imprimante (192.168.1.223), via un PC ou un Smartphone.
Lors que j'essaie de réinstaller (via HP Smart ou Easy Start), le logiciel reconnaît l'imprimante (réseau Livebox), et quand je sélectionne "connect to Wifi" le réseau change en "HP Auto Wireless Connect 1.0", j'appuie sur la touche I (information) du printer), le pg affiche "envoi des informations sur le réseau" MAIS "HP Auto Wireless Connect 1.0" signale pas d'accès Internet et j'obtiens un dernier message "une erreur inattendue s'est produite, etc". ET le PC alors se connecte normalement à la Livebox Orange.

Impossible également par USB... le pg Easystart tourne en rond.
