Hi @Printersunroom,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like your HP Photosmart e-All-in-One Printer - D110a is randomly printing a page with the message: in CMD: GET /DevMgmt/ProductStatusDYN.xml

This usually happens when the printer receives an unintended HTTP request, often due to network miscommunication or a device accidentally sending print commands. Here are some steps to help resolve this issue:

1. Power Cycle the Printer & Network Devices:

  • Turn off the printer, router, and computer.
  • Unplug the power cords and wait for 2-3 minutes.
  • Plug them back in and power everything on.

2. Disable Web Services (EWS):

  1. On your printer's control panel, go to Setup > Web Services.
  2. Disable Web Services (or HP ePrint if available).
  3. Reboot the printer and check if the random page printing stops.

3. Check for Devices Sending HTTP Requests:

  • Ensure no devices on your network (like routers or smart home devices) are unintentionally sending print jobs.
  • Log in to your router’s admin page and check connected devices or block suspicious IPs.

4. Update Printer Firmware: https://support.hp.com/ie-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
