HP 2900 DeskJet not printing

My printer HP Desktop 2900 series,  does not print from my laptop, iphone, although they recognize the printer.  I ran a diagnostics and fix on the HP app - it says that driver issue cannot be fixed.  On my computer - it says drivers are not available.  I just got this printer now and was hoping to print something important for the next day.  Very frustrating!  Need help!

1. Reset the Windows Print Spooler
HP recommends resetting the Windows printing environment when print jobs are not processing correctly.

1. Turn off the printer.
2. In Windows, search for and open Services.
3. Right-click Print Spooler and select Stop.
4. Open File Explorer and browse to: C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS
5. Delete the files inside the PRINTERS folder. Do not delete the folder itself.
6. Restart the computer.
7. Turn the printer back on and try printing again.

I tried this - still doesnt work.  The HP app still does not recognize the drivers.  MY laptop sees the printer, set as default but if I print from Word - cannot recognize the printer.

First things first, if the Windows screen is showing "unable to connect" then

• the first thing is to restart connection on the printer,
• and then install the software.

1. For connecting printer to the Wifi, please follow steps from the next video:
