Hello,

I have recently updated my macbook air to Mac OS Mojave 10.14.6 and I tried to add my HP laserjet 2018 printer (I have also deleted all previously added printers to my Macbook), but my printer is not listed. I have asked for hp support via virtual chat helper, and the solutions were not helpful, nor was the software available upon downloading the Easy HP Start file. I got an error:
"We were not able to automatically locate any software options for this product. Please go to the HP website and search for product solutions there"

 

I have followed your steps but they did not help..what can be done?

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
