I am having big issues with HPSmart App.  I download the app successfully, but when I try to open it all I get is a blank screen

This issue may occur due to several reasons, such as VPN interference or cache buildup. Here’s a step-by-step guide to fix the problem:

 

1 Disable VPN
Turn off any active VPN on your device as it can interfere with the HP Smart app.

 

2 Clear Cache and Storage
Android Go to Settings Apps HP Smart Storage Clear Cache and Clear Storage.
iOS Reinstall the app since cache cannot be cleared directly.

 

3 Check App Permissions
Android Go to Settings Apps HP Smart Permissions and allow all required permissions.
iOS Go to Settings HP Smart and enable permissions.

 

4 Reinstall the App
Uninstall the HP Smart app.
Download and install it again from Play Store or App Store.

 

5 Update Device Software
Ensure your phone is updated to the latest OS version.

 

6 Check Network Connection
Connect to a stable WiFi or mobile network.
