Having the same issue and tried all the suggestions. The only workaround so far is uninstalling HP Smart app and using the computer's original "More Settings" versus the HP Smart-controlled one. It's annoying though because if there are alignment or printhead cleaning issues, I need to reinstall HP Smart to do that, and then uninstall again. Please fix!!
