@wuzprinting, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I see that you are looking for a printer driver to install it on your Mac.
HP LaserJet Pro P1102w Printer has a printer driver available on the HP Support site to work on macOS 12.0.1.
Click here to download the same. (same as macOS12)
Alternatively, it is also AirPrint compatible. You may either install the printer using the HP driver or the AirPrint driver.
Update the printer firmware
Click here to download and install the latest printer firmware from your Mac.
Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.
Also, check for any software updates on Mac
Click the Apple icon > About This Mac > Software Update and install any available update.
To install using AirPrint driver:
1.) Click the Apple menu, click System Preferences, and then click Print & Scan or Printers & Scanners.
2.) Check if your printer name displays in the Printers list, If your printer is listed, click the printer name, click the minus sign to delete the printer.
3.) If you see multiple printer queues for the same printer, remove all extra printers by selecting them one at a time, and then clicking the minus button at the bottom of the list.
4.) Click the plus sign click Add Printer or Scanner, click the printer name.
5.) Click the Use or Print Using menu, select AirPrint in the pop-up menu. Then click Add.
Note: Select "Bonjour multifunction" under kind while installing.
Try printing.
Regarding the Designjet printer, kindly contact the HP Technical Support commercial team in your region for assistance.
You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.

The original poster said his printers stopped working after updating to macOS Monterey v12.0.1.
The same thing happened to me.
The link you provided to the printer driver for the HP LaserJet Pro P1102w Printer is to a version of the printer driver that does NOT work under v12.0.1. Please see my attached screenshot. The driver installer says in only works with macOS version 12.0 or EARLIER.
So how do I get my p1102w to work now? When will you have an updated driver?

@Trubes see workaround in https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printer-Setup-Software-Drivers/p1102w-driver-fails-to-install-on-macOS...

I have the same issue with LaserJet P1102 (usb version). The driver setup is locked to mac os 12, I use mac os 12.0.1.
I connected the printer under a router with print server function; I tried to setup with CUPS http://localhost:631/ and it doesn't work too.
I applied the same setup with Ubuntu Linux and it works.
HP should release an updated driver for mac os 12.0.1.

I am the same user a @Trubes, but was unable to recover my password so have a new account. Anyway, I was able to solve my difficulty using this HP Laser Printer under macOS Monterrey.
I bought a Brother Laser Printer - an HL-L6200DW.
It works beautifully, and to my knowledge Brother printer drivers have never been flagged as malware by macOS.
