HP Recommended

HP is completely useless. I spent 4 hours on the phone with their philiipines tier 2 tech support. 

THey just ARGUED with me the entire time that I need to buy a new printer and they will give me a discount. 

"have you tried unplugging it and plugging it back in"  Seriously?

Tried it just now.

Didnt work.

I tried using the updater from multiple firmwares and changed the ACL around to see if anything works. Nothing works.

 

HP - seriously you screwed up on this one. 

I wish I could issue a chargeback or something, this is terrible.

 

HP FIX YOUR FREAKING FIRMWARE SO IT ACTUALLY UPDATES SOMETHING!
