Hi, I dowloaded the drivers as you suggested but Windows does not allow to run the .exe file. I have the same problem on my laptop as well.

Hi,

Right-click the Start button and then click on Run, paste the following and press OK to launch the installation:

C:\LJP1100_P1560_P1600_Full_Solution\HpSetup.exe
