HP Recommended

A liitle bit more information on my problem, when I Restore Network Connections on my printer, restart HP Smart and Add New Printer everything progresses successfully locally and then right at the end HP Smart goes online and reports error EBS00P0010 which I understand is an HP Instant Ink error?

 

Can any HP guru help me?
