Re: Printer still doesn't work even after new driver installed.

I am having the same issue on my officejet pro 8600.  I have tried everything imaginable with no luck.  I have tried calling and that is a joke.  Please help as I need to be printing some documents.

To assist better -

  1. What device are you using the printer with, a Windows computer or a Mac?
  2. How is the printer connected to your device Wifi or USB?
  3. Could you brief me on the exact issue?
