Dear HP Support Team,

 

 

 

I hope this message finds you well. I have a similar issue.I own an HP DeskJet 2130 printer, which originally uses HP 123 cartridges. However, I have recently relocated to an area where only HP 63XL cartridges are available.

 

 

 

Unfortunately, my printer displays an "Incompatible Cartridges" error when I insert the 63XL cartridges. I would appreciate it if you could guide me on how to resolve this compatibility issue. Is there any firmware update, reset process, or alternative solution that can help me continue using my printer with the available cartridges?
