We'll have to perform a reset on the Printer for this. I have sent you a private message, for more details that cannot be shared in a public post.

Trying to get out from under the Instant Ink scam and now I can't even buy new, HP cartridges and have them work without getting this "insert setup cartridges" bs. Can you please help? You seem to be the only person able to.

Betty0610,
My problem is similar, and I haven't found a solution yet. I did a cold reset of my OfficePro 9015 from the HP Print & Scan Doctor app on my computer. When the printer tries to set up now, it says I cannot use my ink cartridges unless I enroll the printer in the InstantInk program. The printer IS already enrolled. The printer won't do an alignment so that I can continue with the setup and sync with HP InstantInk online. I don't have any regular cartridges, and I don't want to spend $100 or more to buy the four of them, especially if I don't even know that would solve the problem. What can I do to fix this?
Thanks for your help!!
