The app has been uninstalled multiple times.  This has been going on for months.  The computer has been rebooted a multitude of times between reinstalls.  Checking for firmware reports I have the latest version.  Since this is happening on both macOS AND Windows 10, I suggest you stop asking end users to troubleshoot and escalate to someone who can actually fix the problem.  Surely you can report to some software engineering team.
