Hi There

I'm having the same issue.

Just replaced a HP DeskJet 3630 with a HP Envy 6020.  Envy added succesfully to my account and transfered Instant Ink subscription to the new printer.

When trying to remove old printer from my account  I click on Printer Options under the 3630 and page loads but shows new printer only.  Can't seem to remove the 3630.
