I'm trying to install HPPrinterDrivers5.1 (for macOS) but get a message, 

This volume does not meet the requirements for this update.

I'm running Big Sur (macOS 11.0.1)., and up until last Friday had been printing happily (rarely, but happily).

I gather that HPPrinterDrivers5.1 has the drivers I need for my PhotoSmart C4780, so ... any idea how I can get them?

Hi,

Please follow below version of HP Easy Start, as soon as it launches open the top HP Easy Scan menu and select Uninstall HP Software.

Follow the steps on screen and then click on Set Up New Device and follow the steps to reinstall the printer:
