Try to resend the firmware through USB port to see if it helps or not.

During the updating processing you'll need to change the connected port in the printer properties and if you can see Program Processing.... on the CM1415's screen then you know you got the right connected port .

If you're lucky when it's done the CM1415 will get ready to work or you'll have to replace the formatter.

on a retrouve dans un carton cette imprimante

la a très peu était utilise on la rebranché 

et la on a un message Ready 2 download

quant j installe la mise a jour USB sa commence 

a faire download  et puis 

j ai un message Fatal Erreur 7et sa reviens

sur  Ready 2 download

I explain my problem to you

we found this printer in a box

it was used very little, we reconnected it

and we have a Ready 2 download message

when I install the update it starts

to download and then

I have a Fatal Error 7 message and it's coming back

on Ready 2 download

You can try to resend firmware one or two more times to see if it helps.

I have been there before and it ended up with replacing the formatter and i'm afraid of that will be yours too.

Hope your will be more luckier than me.
