ReadIris has a link on their page but the CM1415 is not mentioned, but might be worth a try.

Hi,

Apologies for jumping in, just sharing my experience that much later priners are supported by IRIS Pro, it will not work with a CM1415 printer...

 

Download and install the latest HP Full Feature Software for your printer, be sure to keep the IRIS OCR option checked and complete the installation:

Then you should be able to Scan to Editable Text within the HP Scan software of your printer.
