Can't get ReadIris 17 to work with my wireless printer.  Do I need to connect using USB cable or download new software?  Really don't want more wires connected!

Thanks in advance!

Hi,

Can you successfully scan using the HP Scan application, or successfully perform a test by the HP Print and Scan Doctor Utility, when selecting Fix Scanning?

Please let me know the results using HP Software, if you experience any issues there, we may assist in getting any such resolved, and IRIS OCR may rely on this issue.

If the HP Scan software and any scan test work as expected and only IRIS OCR show any failure, that should be checked with IRIS support.

The network with the laptop and printer had to be reset using HP Print and Scan Doctor!  It's OK now!

Thanks for your help!

Mike.
