Product: Readiris activation
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

 ReadIris activation is not done automatically.

Deleting HP and ReadIris software and reinstalling does not help.

As I remember there is an error in the software, but I have forgotten the workaround.

Any suggestions ?

Hi,

What is your HP printer model?

 

Is this your only computer?

If you may have multiple computers and IRIS OCR Pro been activated on another computer, the activation will fail as the provided license is intended for a single computer only.

Actually it's a new computer. How do I deactivate the old computer ?

But it's already deactivated on the old computer.

It's as if it needs reactivation after upgrading to Catalina
