Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I need to return my printer and am unable to get the paper tray to go in flush with the front of the printer.  It sticks out about two inches and will not fit in the packing to rebox and return.

Did it always happen before? Are you referring to the input or the output tray?
