Product: Deskjet 2755e

I was running setup, made it past wifi setup just fine. It said it was going to finish setup. and it just kept going and going until a white screen popped up with that msg across the top. If I click back and click continue it goes right back to the white screen. It if I go to cancel it tells me the printer is connected to wifi but won't work as it's not setup. Any ideas aside from spending an hour on the phone?

So... I decided to try running Setup again an it's made it all the way to loading paper. Maybe the problem solved itself!  😊
