HP Recommended
Product: HP LaserJet Pro MFP 4101fdwe Printer
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

When I try to check on firmware updates, I get the following message (see below).  I have tried going through HP Smart application on my MacBook as well as going through printer IP address in web browser.

 

"Another person is currently trying to update the printer. Try again later"

 

There is no other person trying to update the printer.

 

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
