Keep receiving Windows Update Alert "Hewlett-Packard - USB - 1/16/2017 12:00:00 AM - 44.0.3748.1716"

 

* Then it says Install error - 0x80070103   Nothing seems to work  Help please.

You may have to keep clicking on the 'Retry' button several times to clear the download but eventually, it will go away.
