Reconnecting printer to new WiFi

Trying to reconnect a HP Envy printer to new internet provider through WiFi, not bringing up the printer on any WiFi or Bluetooth options. The pad buttons don’t seem to be working when holding to try and reset.

Whilst trying to set up the WiFi the printer is not visible on the search and then HP set-up is also not visible on my WiFi settings.
