HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Prints bout everything , but refuses to print a pop-up page that is a confirmation of an online payment from my bank. It was doing fine and then HP tech help did something and now it quit. They say the 3 month warranty on this refurbished printer has expired and I need to just get another one. It will print the page if I take the time to highlight the entire page and print it from a different venue. Any help will help or it's on to a new printer from somebody beside HP.

This is likely a setting on your browser that is not set correctly for printing.

It does it whether I'm using Chrome or Firefox. I can't find a print adjustment on any of the browsers. Thanks Bob

Prints it from Firefox but not Chrome. Can't find any differences between the 2 in settings?
