In Mid September I purchased from HP Online a new Envy 6000e All in One Printer & enrolled in Instant Ink.. 10 weeks later there was a problem printing.& an online connection with HP could not fix the problem. HP then sent me a replacement printer a refurbished one which appears to rather old. On contacting HP they say that do not send out new printers to replace a printer 3 months old. The original printer is under a 12 month guarantee so why not??????????????
