Sorry, my bad.  Apparently drivers were already downloaded, but it returned to the page with the GREEN download button, which I pressed.  (It was repeated a couple of times with the same result.)  The green download button immediately went to the help page each time.  The download was already completed each time the download button was on the screen.

 

Thanks for the answer anyway. 

 

(I wish they would just go to a "completed" screen.  The additional download button is misleading.)
