You may not have the full software package

If something goes wrong, you may need to reset the the printer as described on page 75

The firmware version is 5.7.4.006

Turn printer off and back on and get a status report and see if the firmware shows 5.7.4.006  or a date close to Dec 2023

If it was not updated it may be because the printer is in Wi-Fi direct mode and is not connected to the router.  This is just a guess.

I looked at the release info for the firmware but did not see anything indicating the firmware would check to see if you had bought a genuine HP toner.  Some firmware updates, especially inkjet ones, cause more problems then they are worth.

For printer firmware updates one should have the printer on the router.

This video is useful if you ever need to reconnect the printer network.

Can you check "Device Information" ?

(for example, I have NPI40CB07 LJ printer)

Bring up "Printers and Scanners" and select your printer.  Select the exact device name, not the series

For me it would be the last device listed below

Select that and scroll down to "More Information"

Expand "Device Information" and click on the IP4 or IP6  address listed at "Webpage"

If the page does not come up then it is likely you do not have web service enabled.

You could temporarily turn off the firewall.

Another discussion of the problem is here.

If any HP printer, laptop or desktop is still in warranty then you might be able to have a service rep help remotely.
