Please clarify below information to get some better understanding of what may going on in here:
- What cartridges are currently installed in your printer?
- Are these the cartridges shipped with the printer? if not were did you purchase the cartridges from?
- Was the printer ever used or not yet?
- Where did you purchase the printer from?
