The Printer is requesting cartridges from the wrong Region. How do I go about regionalizing the printer? Phone support has been woeful so far.

Hi,

Please clarify below information to get some better understanding of what may going on in here:

 

  • What cartridges are currently installed in your printer?
  • Are these the cartridges shipped with the printer? if not were did you purchase the cartridges from?
  • Was the printer ever used or not yet?
  • Where did you purchase the printer from?
