I have an Envy 5530 that I bought in the US and it requires HP61 cartridges. I live in Brazil and HP61 cartridges are not available for sale locally, just the HP122 cartridges. After some research it seems that the HP122 could work in the Envy 5530 but it would require some configuration first. Can you please help with instructions? Thanks

@Frebelli, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
