Hi,
I bought HP ENVY 5020 Printer in the UK (Product: M2U91B) in 2018 and warranty has expired now. Recently I have moved to India . As suggested in HP Printer support page, while changing Cartridge I have to go for "HP 803 cartridge" in India, instead of "HP 304 cartridge" which I was using in the UK.
From the community forum discussions, I understood a Region Reset is required to solve the "Incompatible Cartridge" error being thrown now . So please help share the steps to reset the region code.

Hi @Fabio_L32,
Thank you for your suggestion. However, the India tech team was able to change the region code virtually from here without me contacting the company of origin.

Please, for this process you need to request regionalization of the equipment. Since you have changed country and use regional cartridges, it will indeed display the incompatibility message.
The ideal is for you to try to contact the HP company of origin and request this process.
